Virginia governor slams 'astounding' federal ruling reinstating voting rights for alleged noncitizens

YOUNGKIN VOWS TO APPEAL ‘TO SCOTUS’ AFTER US JUDGE ORDERS 1,600 VOTERS BACK ON BALLOT
